I find that no matter what I may be doing, I keep certain truths to guide me. The St Francis Prayer speaks to my soul. When I feel lost or have doubt, I can pray this and find myself again. This piece only includes the last part of the prayer, my favorite part. I created this for the challenge at Inspiration Avenue this week. I love the different topics and how my creative mind evokes ideas and thoughts. It is fun experience to put the thoughts into a piece.

Your prayer is the perfect answer to this week's IA challenge. I'm glad you didn't have trouble with this challenge, because it is perfect. I also really like the background, including the color and corrugated cardboard. Simply wonderful.
This is one of my favourites too. My first school was 'St Francis' and this was our school prayer. We even sang it as a song that I still hum now whenever I read the prayer. I love how you've made a powerful prayer into a beautiful piece of art that fits perfectly with the words. I can imagine that cute bird singing this prayer as a song just like I used to do at school :-) A perfect entry for this week's challenge!

That really is a beautiful prayer, they are great words to use as guidance. You've illustrated it perfectly - love the texture of the tree bark!
