Inspiration_Avenue_Month
The challenge this week is your favorite month. I have to say that picking one month is difficult. I love each season. Spring is new growth, beauty, and renewal. Summer is vacations and long days. Winter is cold days and warm tea. But Fall is my favorite.. the harvest and the changing colors of nature. I love it. But if I had to pick a month, it would be November. It includes Thanksgiving and I love being with family. Then it is the month I picked to get married. And I guess I have liked it for a long time as it is the month I entered into the world.. haha. Then when I think of my favorite colors to use in my art, I think of colors like brown, orange, red, and green and these colors are predominate in nature in November so how wonderful is that. Therefore, this piece has all my favorite things I love about the month of November.

very good reasons, I don't normally think of November in those terms of brightness, I hope I shall remember to do this year.EE
I love that you listed all the reasons it is your favorite month, and then included each of these things in your art. Very nice!
This is a very well thought out work, it's great how you've combined all the things that make November special to you! I love autumnal colours too :)
Lovely colours and arrangement. It is both my children's Birthdays in November (and also quite a few friends & family too) so it is a special but busy month for me.
Hope your daughter had a lovely Birthday & that you're not feeling too stiff after your bike ride!

Nice submission, November is a clear favorite for all the reasons you stated and more!!
I love the colors of Novemeber! My faves are the way the burnished leaves seem to have fire of their own as they stand out against the dull gray of a cloudy day.
What a glorious and beautiful piece of art. I can tell you gave a lot of thought to both the piece and your month of choice. This is a great IA challenge piece.
